Noble Stylz starts his year with a bang, dropping his track Papa, a day after Trae Yung's Takupaita. This one features regular collaborator Blacperl who he did a joint album with last year (i.e Masofa Panze 3). It is produced by Casper Beatz, a up-and-coming producer.
Papa, a polpular term used to describe prophets by their congregation, also known as spiritual children. Noble takes this concept and applies it to the night life scenario, where he is the "papa" and the previously non-existent party life resurrects when he steps in. Blacperl seems to play the role of "papa's arm-bearer". I see a group of people throwing slander in their circles about this track's use of church terms but this is a display of the art of Hip-Hop isn't it?
Noble actually sounds different on this trackthan on his previous efforts. A good type of difference. Usually known for firing shots at people, I didn't hear any of that on here, just a feel-good track to vibe to.
I like how Casper Beatz made a trap/afrobeat fusion, which also makes the track easily enjoyable.
