This is a track that's very different from what I usually post but I saw it fiitting to put it up here. This seems to a new sub-genre of Hip-Hop called Glitch Hop. I don't know how to explain it, you'll have to listen to the track for yourself. True to his name, Verseless has no vocal verses from himself on his tracks.
On what inspired him to do the track Verseless had the following to say on his Facebook page on 16 August 2015
"Today marks the day I lost my brother. It was 16 years ago. A lot has happened since then but after all these years I felt I never had the chance to do something special for him. Maybe I felt I wasn't good enough to do something meaningful... However after finding myself and what I am good at and sticking to it I think I just did. It took a while to find myself but the rewards are great.
His life was a lesson to me. Though tough times came by and almost took over my very being, I used his life as an example. "Who would miss me most if I was to leave this earth?" I would ask myself... Seeing how my Mum fell apart when he passed on, I never wanted her to feel that again. And to think, I almost did a few times... But all that is in the past now. He somehow gave me strength to keep going forward. And i couldn't be any happier that i did move forward. You are missed, 'til this day.
I have dedicated my single to you. Rest in peace, Simba."
In case you wonder what is being said I have included the lyrics for you
Huya, huya ndikuratidze
Huya huya ndikudzidzise
Simba revanhu vangu
Simba raMwari wangu
Huya, huya, huya
Huya, huya, huya
(Come, come let me show you
Come come ,let me teach you
The strength of my people
The strength of my God
Come, come, come)
